Martin Moseley Martin Moseley
Chief Technology Officer
Initiate Systems, Inc.

Tuesday 5:15pm - 6:15pm

Level: Intermediate

Real-time customer data integration (CDI) is increasingly being used to cleanse data at the point of service. This presentation focuses on the leading edge capabilities that CDI can provide through highly accurate and scalable probabilistic matching, data stewardship, and advanced organizational hierarchy management. By using CDI, a solution that spans the notion of customer contacts within organizations as well as well as within hierarchies, companies can achieve a single, authoritative source of truth for individual and organizational info. This master identity then becomes the foundation of a data quality strategy. This presentation will focus on the technical challenges that present themselves to an organization trying to achieve identity matching and management (both individuals and organizations), the characteristics of a solid solution and the benefits that can be achieved.
