Arrangements have been made at the Miyako Hotel for discounted room rates of $139 per night for conference attendees, but our room block for these rates are sold out. The Miyako, however, has some limited availability from Tuesday, June 26 – Friday, June 29 at their best available rate (the hotel is entirely sold out for Monday, June 25).

Currently, the rate for June 26 – 29 is $209/night, with promotional rates that include:

20% Off the Best Available Rate for two nights
30% Off the Best Available Rate for three nights

Seminar Policies

PAYMENT POLICY:
All registration fees must be paid in US Dollars. Full payment must be made prior to attendance at the seminar. It is strict policy that only U.S. government employees may submit training authorization forms in lieu of prepayment. Our Federal ID Number is 95-4755805.

CONFIRMATION:
Registrations will be confirmed by email.

SPECIAL NEEDS:
Wilshire Conferences supports the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require special assistance, please call 310-477-4475.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you need to cancel for any reason, you must notify us in writing. Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations received 30 days or more before the seminar are subject to a $50 cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the first day of the seminar will be subject to a $400 cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the seminar will not be entitled to any refund. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel are liable for the entire registration fee. Please note: Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

SCHEDULE:
While every effort will be made to maintain the schedule exactly as represented, we reserve the right to make changes and substitutions as needed.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
Wilshire Conferences reserves the right to use photographs of any event attendee for future promotions. Videotaping and/or photography are not allowed without prior written approval of Wilshire Conferences, Inc.

SOLICITATION:
