Thursday 8:30am - 9:30am

There is no Data Quality Silver Bullet! Philip Crosby is right, “Quality is free. It is not a gift, but it is free.” Designing quality into the Enterprise Architecture, that is, by getting the foundation established first, the savings are greater than the costs of fixing it later … scrap and rework. The engineering design principles for total quality management have been well defined in the older disciplines of architecture and construction, engineering and manufacturing. We can benefit greatly in Information and Data Quality by learning these time tested lessons.

  • Introduction to Enterprise Architecture – what it looks like.

  • Fundamentals for Information and Data Quality.
