Wednesday 2:00pm - 3:00pm
Conference Session
Level: Introductory

Companies worldwide often face a disparate network of applications and databases. To unlock the power of this data, organizations are investing in master data management (MDM) strategies. However, many ambitious MDM initiatives fail to gain business acceptance or provide ROI due to poor data quality - either at the source level or within the actual master data hub. This presentation will discuss:
-How companies have leveraged existing data quality technologies and strategies to ensure MDM success
-The business value of integrated data quality and identity management within a MDM initiative
-Using a service-oriented architecture for real-time MDM capabilities
