Half Day Tutorial
Level: Introductory

One way to ensure Data Quality is to enlist the power of a Data Governance program. This workshop introduces The Universal Data Governance Framework, with an emphasis on its Information Quality processes and controls. We work through actual issues using a proven methodology that spotlights Data Quality while also addressing the needs of stakeholders from Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Security. Participants leave with templates, checklists, and process flows for:
- Proactive rule-making
- Establishing rules of engagement between stakeholders
- Reactive governance processes to address Data Quality issues
- Ongoing services to achieve closed-loop accountability and compliance
- Stakeholder communication.
