Just as change is a certainty in business, IQ managers operate in a climate of continuous change. Speaker Bios

Maureen Clarry is President and CEO of CONNECT: The Knowledge Network. She regularly speaks on leadership and team issues related to information technology organizations and projects. Maureen is on the faculty of The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI) and hosts the Leadership and Management channel for B-Eye-Network. Maureen participates on the Business Intelligence Advisory Board for The Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. She is a frequent speaker at DAMA and PMI chapters around the country and is also on the Board of the Colorado Chapter of TDWI.

Mr. Jed Summerton has twenty-five (25) years of experience in information technology, business-process improvement, business management, and IT consulting. In his roles as technical director and senior IT manager, Mr. Summerton has formulated and executed multi-year IT plans with documented returns on investment, implemented e-commerce systems, establish benchmarks for staff performance and productivity, and built one of the first real-time data warehouses larger than 10 Terabytes (TB). He also pioneered near-line storage and has received numerous industry citations and awards for storage architecture and IT management practices. As a consultant, Mr. Summerton has assisted over 100 firms to design and execute IT strategic plans, data warehouses and business-improvement programs.
