Speaker Bio

Lynda Heij is the Manager of Data Quality at DTE Energy in Detroit, Michigan. Lynda manages a team of quality professionals responsible for the information quality of the Regulated Utilities' Customer Service Organization. Before starting her 8 year career at DTE Energy, Lynda worked in the consulting industry in Canada and USA . The projects consisted of web-based application development projects at companies such as NCompass Labs, Health Alliance Plan and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Lynda graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Honors Bachelor of Mathematics and Business Administration.
