This presentation will highlight the compliance challenges and the partnership opportunities for the data quality movement and provide case-study examples at Bank of America and lessons learned using six sigma methods.

Mr. Carlson leads a team focused on automated controls, testing and reporting using six sigma methods related to compliance. He has an engineering education and twenty five years experience in improving processes with the last seven years focused on improving business, data, compliance and information processes.
